The AGS team is growing! We are pleased to announce the addition of John Hobson, serving as Director of Sales. John has over 30 years of experience in the data and GIS world. We hope that you enjoy learning more about John.
John begin his career in the early 1980’s with industry demographics pioneer Urban Decision Systems, where he worked with AGS founder Gary Menger through much of the 1990’s. Always focused on how to satisfy analytical needs to technology and data, he has been a trusted guide to lead clients through the constantly shifting geospatial landscape. Through his experience in business development, channel management, and product management, John has acquired a reputation for creating and enhancing solutions that cost-effectively provide the results clients need. His unique abilities to understand client needs and to match them to data and applications has consistently yielded superior results.
John is delighted to be teamed up with Applied Geographic Solutions to be an advocate for developing and integrating high quality databases with the cutting-edge applications and services of our channel partners. He looks forward to working with the AGS team to assist in the development of new methods for analyzing trade areas and site location modeling, as well as serving new and existing clients in this ever-changing geospatial world.
